In addition, being a family run business is what sets us apart from our competition. When getting started in this business in 1973, Jim quickly realized many of the plumbing businesses out there, were in the game to make as much money as they could without consideration of who might be negatively impacted in the process. Early on, the decision was made that Jim and his family would run their business differently from the rest, even if that meant other companies made more money. In the long run it was important for Jim to maintain the utmost honesty and integrity while provide solid craftsmanship to his customer.
